About Re:visionary Leadership
Re:visionary Leadership exists to support organizations and leaders navigating complexity, risk, and change, particularly when fairness, culture, and accountability are part of the challenge.
I work at the intersection of strategy, law, and organizational dynamics, helping leaders interpret how systems are actually functioning and make thoughtful, defensible decisions when the path forward is not obvious. The work is grounded in the belief that durable change requires clarity, judgment, and attention to how power and systems shape outcomes.
Experience & Perspective
My perspective is shaped by:
Senior leadership and advisory roles in complex organizations
A legal and compliance background focused on non-discrimination, risk, and accountability
Deep experience advising leaders through scrutiny, conflict, and organizational change
Extensive work with women leaders navigating heightened expectations and invisible load
Clients often bring me in when something important feels stuck, when prior efforts have not produced the desired results, or when the cost of missteps feels high.
Why This Work Matters to Me
Earlier in my career, I held an executive role in an organization I cared about deeply. Over time, I found myself absorbing more responsibility, risk, and emotional labor without corresponding authority or support. I was committed, capable, and completely exhausted. I could see how easily important work could falter under those conditions. I was afraid of failing to meet my own standards of excellence, so I left.
Leaving that role clarified something essential for me: Many leadership challenges are not personal failures, they are predictable outcomes of how systems are designed and maintained.
That insight now shapes my work. I help leaders and organizations address the conditions that create overload, friction, and inequitable outcomes, rather than asking individuals to compensate for systemic gaps.
What Clients Value in This Work
Clients describe my approach as candid, grounded, and thoughtful. They value my ability to:
Name what is happening without inflaming defensiveness
Bring legal, social science, and organizational insight into practical focus
Hold nuance in politically or emotionally charged situations
Support change that in principled, realistic, and sustainable
I am often engaged when discretion, sound judgment, and trust are essential.
