Re:visionary Leadership Development Program

A high-trust space for women leaders to think clearly, speak honestly, and build capacity in complex roles

Many women in high-stakes leadership roles are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to doing their work well, and quietly carrying far more than is visible.

They are navigating change, conflict, scrutiny, and responsibility with very little space to be fully honest about how difficult the work can be, or to interpret what is actually happening around them before being expected to act.

These cohorts exist for that moment.

What the R:VLDP Offers

The Re:visionary Leadership Development Program (R:VLDP) is a confidential, cohort-based experience for mid-career women leaders navigating complexity, constraint, and subtle friction inside their organizations.

Each cohort bring together a small group of women who are highly capable, but who rarely have space to think out loud about the political, cultural, and structural dynamics shaping leadership.

Over six months, participants engage in structured, facilitated dialogue grounded in:

  • What the law actually requires, and where it leaves room for leadership judgment

  • What social science research tells us about bias, power, and decision-making

  • What peers in similar roles and across industries are experiencing

  • What your own judgment already knows, but may not have space to trust

This is space is designed to enhance leadership clarity. The structure is intentionally disciplined but spacious, and the conversations are substantive. The outcomes are sharper thinking, reduced invisible load, and steadier authority in high-stakes environments.

How R:VLDP is Different from Other Leadership Programs

The purpose of R:VLDP is not training, therapy, nor networking.

It is a protected, professional space designed to support leaders in:

  • Naming challenges that are risky to discus at work

  • Interpreting complex situations before jumping to solutions

  • Thinking through sensitive decisions with peers who understand the stakes

  • Reducing the emotional and cognitive load of carrying leadership challenges alone

  • Regaining confidence in judgments you already sense are sound

Participants often describe this as the most honest and grounding leadership conversation they have all year.

Who R:VLDP is For

These cohorts are designed for women leaders who:

  • Hold significant responsibility or influence

  • Are navigating transition, pressure, or heightened complexity

  • Care deeply about being thoughtful, fair, effective leaders

  • Are tired of second-guessing themselves in isolation

This is not about fixing you.. Instead, it is about giving you the space, perspective and peer context to lead as you already instinctively know how to do.

How R:VLDP is Structured

Each cohort-based experience includes:

  • Twelve 90-minute facilitated group sessions over six months

  • Two private, one-hour leadership advising sessions

  • Small cohorts (approximately ten participants) of experienced, values-aligned women leaders

  • Virtual format designed to fit into full, demanding schedules

You do not need to prepare or perform to participate. You just need to show up and be yourself.

What Participants Gain from R:VLDP

Women who participate often leave with:

  • Clearer decision-making and stronger internal authority

  • Less rumination and second-guessing

  • Language for experiences that previously felt difficult to name

  • Renewed confidence in judgments they had been questioning

  • A sense of steadiness that carries into their work

This is leadership capacity, restored and strengthened.
