How R:VL Circles Are Structured
Each cohort-based experience includes:
Eight one-hour group sessions across six months
Two private advising sessions
Small cohorts (approximately ten participants) of impressive, values-aligned, executive-level women leaders
Virtual, confidential, and designed to fit into full lives
You do not need to prepare. You do not need to perform. You just need to show up.
