They are navigating change, conflict, scrutiny, and responsibility with very little space to be fully honest about how hard it actually is, and consequently do not have a forum for systems change.

Each cohort is a small, confidential group of women leaders who meet over six months for structured, facilitated conversations grounded in:

  • What the law says

  • What social science research shows

  • What peers are experiencing

  • What your own instinct already knows

What Makes R:VL Circles Different from Other Leadership Programs

The purpose of Re:visionary Leader Circles is not training, therapy, nor networking.

It is a protected, professional space to:

  • Think through sensitive decisions with peers who understand the stakes

How R:VL Circles Are Structured

Each cohort-based experience includes:

  • Eight one-hour group sessions across six months

  • Two private advising sessions

  • Small cohorts (approximately ten participants) of impressive, values-aligned, executive-level women leaders

  • Virtual, confidential, and designed to fit into full lives

You do not need to prepare. You do not need to perform. You just need to show up.
