Lead Differently. Implement Sustainably.
My clients know what they want to build, they just need the right kind of support to make it happen.
Re:visionary Leadership exists to help you translate your vision into systems, strategies, and cultures that actually work.
Below are two ways to partner, depending on where you and your organization are in the process. Both offerings offer clients tangible progress, stronger teams, and more sustainable ways of leading change. The results show up in smoother execution, greater engagement, and organizational cultures that are better because of their leadership.
Engagement Pathways
Embedded Advisory Partnerships
Ongoing strategy, counsel and implementation support for women executives currently leading change initiatives.
-
Leadership at the edge of transformation can feel isolating. Through an embedded advisory partnership, I serve as a trusted thought partner and strategic mirror. I help you and your team navigate decisions that balance values, risk, and effectiveness.
Ideal for:
Women at the executive level who are leading change initiatives, have a vision for what’s next and leadership autonomy, but limited bandwidth for implementation.
You might be:
Implementing compliance or culture-change initiatives and need strategy support.
Managing competing pressures between mission, compliance, and politics.
Seeking clarity and courage in how to lead when the system feels stuck.
What’s included:
One-on-one monthly or bi-monthly strategic sessions (virtual or in-person).
Asynchronous support between sessions (e.g., email, voice memos, document review)
Custom tools or facilitation design as needed.
Typical outcomes:
Greater clarity on priorities and next steps.
Smoother team alignment and communication.
Progress that feels intentional and sustainable, not reactionary.
Structure:
Partnerships generally range from 6 to 24 months.
Pricing is customized based on scope and frequency.
Implementation Labs
Facilitated small-group learning and collaboration for women leaders ready to re:vision how things work.
-
These are high-trust, peer-learning spaces where women leaders bring real organizational challenges and apply practical, values-aligned frameworks to solve them together.
Participants will learn, experiment, and co-create strategies for embedding values into the fabric of their organizations.
Ideal for:
Senior middle management leaders with significant organizational responsibility, who have a vision to lead differently, and are seeking to enhance their organizational effectiveness.
Format:
8 to 12 leaders per cohort
9 monthly sessions (90 minutes, virtual)
Confidential, facilitated by me
Focus areas might include:
Navigating resistance while maintaining momentum
Translating culture-related commitments into daily operations
Making values-aligned decisions under pressure
Why it works:
Leaders gain community, reflection space, and access to useful tools, and perhaps the most honest professional conversations they’ve had all year.
Participants will conduct a Change Readiness Assessment, and cohorts culminate in each participant’s development of an immediately usable, implementation-focused Action Plan.
Labs run quarterly; spaces are limited.
