    Leadership can feel lonely, especially when you’re determined to not repeat the status quo. I serve as a thought partner for women executives navigating complex change. Together we clarify priorities, test equity-focused strategies, and build pragmatic practices that turn your values into action. You get candid insights, tactical support, and a strategic confidante who helps you lead with clarity (and a sense of humor).

This isn’t performative “culture” check-boxing, it’s strategic infrastructure that not only reflects your leadership style, it also reduces friction, supports innovation, and closes gaps between today’s status quo and the outcomes you know are possible.

    Teams don’t shift culture through one-off workshops. They need a space to learn together, try out new practices, and see what feels right. I design and facilitate sessions that go beyond “training” to help your team experiment with inclusive leadership, feedback, and collaboration tools, The result? Shared language, sustainable habits, and the confidence to keep building culture and creating an environment where teams thrive.

The Re:visionary Leadership Model

Phase 1

  • You’ll share your vales, vision, the outcomes that will make your work successful, and any gut sense you have on where gaps exist. I’ll use all of that great info as lenses through with to conduct my audit (e.g., interviews, surveys, document and process reviews).

  • Over months 1 to 4, I’ll schedule a few focused interviews and strategy sessions with you and will otherwise be researching behind-the-scenes in order to provide you with a roadmap highlighting the 2 or 3 leverage points that are most likely to achieve your goals.

Phase 2

  • This phase is all about detailed plan design and implementation. We’ll co-create and activate tools, rituals, and practices in line with you’re goals (e.g., inclusive hiring practices, feedback models, meeting restructuring).

  • During months 5 to 10, I’ll do the heavy lifting and engage you in monthly strategy meetings plus light touch reviews of tools, plans, or communications. You’ll come away with practical, values-aligned systems designed to directly influence your desired outcomes without adding to your workload.

Phase 3

  • We’ll reflect on all we’ve accomplished together and review impact data on what has shifted and what has sustained, all while prioritizing your values. We will ideate on what the future holds and how it may impact forward momentum toward your desired outcomes.

  • Wrapping up months 11 and 12 together, we’ll schedule one substantive debrief session along with incorporating a few feedback touchpoints. I’ll provide a concise, share-worthy report and slide deck showing what shifted against your desired outcomes, plus a tailored plan to sustain gains and demonstrate results to your stakeholders.
