As an Embedded Advisor, I partner with executive teams to bring clarity, alignment, and steadiness to moments when the stakes are high and the path forward is not obvious.

This is senior-level, ongoing strategic support, not project-based consulting or operational management.

  • I am not a Chief of Staff

  • I do not manage operations or execution on behalf of leaders

  • I do not deliver template strategy decks or one-off recommendations

My role is to operate as a senior strategic thought partner, helping leaders see how their systems are actually functioning, weigh tradeoffs honestly, and move forward with confidence.

This work requires discretion, nuance, and trust. Those are not add-ons. They are the foundation.
